We payed a visit to the Audax Museum of Textiles in Tilburg. They have beautifull machines that are still being used by students and designers. Definitely worth the visit!
Karl Nawrot's playing with stamps and letters. With six "wooden stamps" you can do a lot of nice things. And each rubber stamp consists a different combination of geometrical elements of the same size. The collection would expand due to an infinite number of combinations. Easy isn't it?
In number 101 of the Dutch magazine 101 Woonideeen there's a lot of Tas-ka.... You can look inside our atelier, inside the house of Hester, you can find wrapping paper designed for 101 woonideeen and also a chinese lantern designed by Tas-ka. It's a little bit strange to see yourself like this, but also very nice!
Tas-ka is a Dutch design company by Jantien Baas en Hester Worst. In the Tas-ka collection you will find fabric, fashion- and living accessories and childrens products. We also have our own webshop: www.collectedbytas-ka.com and two stores in The Hague:
- 'Inimini Tas-ka' our children's store with toys, mobiles, blankets and childrens furniture.
- And 'Tas-ka' where we sell furniture by HAY, tableware by Marimekko, cushions and stationery.
On this blog we want to show everyone the things we like and do.
Enjoy!
